Ingredients

  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 inch fresh turmeric peeled or ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 small lemon juiced
  • ½ small orange juiced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper enhances turmeric absorption
  • ½ tsp honey optional for sweetness
  • ¼ cup coconut water or regular water

Instructions

  • Blend ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, orange juice, black pepper, honey, and coconut water until smooth
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture
  • Pour into small shot glasses and serve immediately
