Taco Assembly

small taco shells
soft or hard

cup
shredded lettuce

diced tomatoes
1/2

shredded cheese
cheddar or Mexican blend
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
Assemble tacos by filling shells with turkey mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with sour cream, salsa, or avocado slices!
