Ingredients
2lbsbaby back ribscut into individual rib portions
½cupBBQ sauceyour favorite
¼cupapple cider vinegar
2tbspbrown sugar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tbspDijon mustard
1tbspolive oil
Dry Rub:
1tbsppaprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspsalt
½tspblack pepper
½tspchili powderoptional for heat
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C) or preheat a grill to medium heat
In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients
Rub olive oil over the ribs, then coat them evenly with the dry rub
Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil or a grill over indirect heat
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard
Brush half of the sauce mixture over the ribs
Bake for 2.5-3 hours (or grill for 1.5-2 hours) until ribs are tender and slightly caramelized
Brush remaining sauce over the ribs and broil or grill for an additional 5-7 minutes for a sticky glaze
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
