Party Ribs Recipe (Tender & Flavorful Mini Ribs)

These Party Ribs are tender, juicy, and packed with smoky BBQ flavor. Perfect for gatherings, these bite-sized ribs are easy to prepare and guaranteed to be a hit at any event.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby back ribs cut into individual rib portions
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce your favorite
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Dry Rub:

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder optional for heat

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C) or preheat a grill to medium heat
  • In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients
  • Rub olive oil over the ribs, then coat them evenly with the dry rub
  • Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil or a grill over indirect heat
  • In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard
  • Brush half of the sauce mixture over the ribs
  • Bake for 2.5-3 hours (or grill for 1.5-2 hours) until ribs are tender and slightly caramelized
  • Brush remaining sauce over the ribs and broil or grill for an additional 5-7 minutes for a sticky glaze
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

• For extra tenderness, wrap ribs in foil halfway through cooking
• If using a smoker, use hickory or applewood chips for extra flavor
• Serve with extra BBQ sauce and coleslaw for a complete meal
