Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skin on or skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice plus extra lemon slices for garnish
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest
  • Drizzle the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C)
  • Garnish with lemon slices and extra fresh herbs before serving

Notes

For a crispy skin, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking
Serve with roasted vegetables, quinoa, or a simple side salad for a complete meal
You can also grill the salmon if preferred—cook for about 3-4 minutes per side over medium-high heat
