Easy Pellet Smoker Recipes

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat pellet smoker to 225°F (107°C)
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil
  • Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then coat chicken evenly
  • Place chicken on the smoker and cook for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  • Remove from smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing

Notes

• For extra flavor, brine the chicken for a few hours before smoking
• Use fruitwood pellets like apple or cherry for a mild, sweet smokiness
