Butterfinger Balls Recipe (No-Bake & Easy Treats)

These Butterfinger Balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, and chocolate. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick sweet snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening for smooth melting

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined
  • Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
  • Dip each Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then place back on the parchment paper
  • Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set, about 15 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

• Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
• Freeze for longer storage and enjoy straight from the freezer
• Use white chocolate for a fun variation
