Teriyaki Sauce

soy sauce
low sodium preferred

honey

rice vinegar
Instructions
Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken strips in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
In a separate saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss the fried chicken in the teriyaki sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
