Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush the herb mixture evenly over both sides
  • Place salmon on the griddle, skin-side down if using skin-on fillets
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges
